My check engine light came on in my 04 Rubicon. Since I had recently purchased a new jeep at this dealership but not the jeep that had the problem, i thought i’d give it a try. i called the service department and they had me come in right away. And within 15-30 minutes had diagnosed the problem to a faulty TPS sensor. Replaced and out the door in little over an hour. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised after driving the SUV. We also got a great price and trade-in value. I had come into the dealership without an appointment late in the morning with the idea that I just needed a belt adjustment and perhaps a look at the brakes which felt a bit spongy. Immediately a service rep went over to my SUV and wrote down all my concerns inviting me to wait in the customer’s lounge. It was comfortable, clean, cool, and provided magazines, drinks and snacks. A few minutes later, I was told that the belts would be looked at and yes, I did have a hose beginning to leak. Since it was near lunch I was offered to be taken out or they would bring in lunch for me. Talk about service! - Janna
